Incentive area for the Gresham Garage to Storefront Incentive which waives the following:<\/SPAN><\/P> \u2022 First-year business license fees <\/SPAN><\/P> \u2022 Development-related fees <\/SPAN><\/P> \u2022 System development charges (SDCs) <\/SPAN><\/P> $0 in City-related fees for new tenant improvement permits for an existing vacant commercial space between July 1, 2016, and June 30, 2017.<\/SPAN><\/P> Eligibility criteria <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI> Be a new business, or <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI> Be an existing Gresham business expanding by at least 10% <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI> Be located within the Central Rockwood, Civic Neighborhood and Downtown boundaries <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI> Occupy no more than 5,000 square feet <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI> Sign an agreement with the City certifying qualification<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI><\/UL> Property owners<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> Remodel incentive<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> $0 for City-related improvement permits by the property owner to remodel existing vacant commercial space. <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> Facade improvement incentive<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> $0 for City-related facade improvement permits for a vacant or occupied commercial space.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> Eligibility criteria<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> Be located in Central Rockwood, Civic Neighborhood or Downtown. <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI> Be an existing building. <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI> Do not exceed 5,000 square feet for each leasable tenant space in final configuration and the building must not exceed 30,000 square feet. <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI> Sign an agreement with the City certifying qualification. <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI><\/UL> Non-eligibility<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> A business or property does not qualify for the Garage to Storefront incentive program if: <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P> It creates new construction. <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI> It is leased to a business or is a business that excludes minors during all hours of the day. <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI> It includes a drive-thru. <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI> It is a corporate or franchise store with more than three existing locations. <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI> It is a government office or agency. <\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI><\/UL> <\/P> <\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
